Sr. ServiceNow-Nuvolo Solution Architect
Background:
MTC provides systems integration services to the U.S. Federal Government by implementing both cloud based ServiceNow platform as a service (PaaS) software and application plugin software, Nuvolo, for Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) functionality. The IWMS solution will meet the current and future needs of the Public Sector/federal agencies by providing critical administrative digitized workflow activities for Facilities Asset Management, Space Management, Capital Project Management, and other related workplace management business processes.
Position: ServiceNow-Nuvolo Solution Architect (Hands-on)

Description:
The ServiceNow-Nuvolo solutions architect will work in a team with other ServiceNow-Nuvolo Developers and ServiceNow-Nuvolo architects. The solution architect is responsible for evaluating business needs to determine how to implement a solution leveraging the team assigned to the project. Aligning the Nuvolo product(s) with business goals has become paramount, and a solution architect will help to determine, develop, and improve technical solutions in support of business goals.
The Solution Architect must support full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) duties (i.e. planning, requirements gathering, story building, designing, development(hands-on), testing, deployment) duties.
The solution architect also bridges communication between Nuvolo and business operations to ensure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions for business issues.
The process requires regular feedback, adjustments, and problem-solving in order to properly design and implement potential solutions.
Required: 5+ Years of ServiceNow, and at minimum 2-years of Nuvolo experience is required
