We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to take part in our ServiceNow projects at our clients' sites. You will be working in a fast growing field on all international markets. This position requires international mobility in the EMEA region. Responsibilities Help clients formalize their needs Analyze and translate the business information and technical requirements of each project into architectural plans Conduct technical assessments of strategic and operational requirements in relation to ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities and industry-leading practices Support and advise customers before and during project implementation Advise on platform evolution strategy and improve prospects of successful go-live and end-user adoption through effective platform strategies Qualifications Engineering school degree or equivalent university degree Fluent in written and spoken English Fluent in written and spoken Arabic would be a plus ITIL certification would be a plus Required experience Knowledge of the ServiceNow tool standards You are familiar with the ServiceNow tool standard (particularly the HR, SPM, SecOpss and FSM modules) and have a CTA (Certified Technical Architect) certification You have at least 1 year's experience with ServiceNow, in Information Systems architecture, interface and API design and implementation Required skills Technical expertise and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong skills in designing and implementing platform operating models Sense of customer service Listening and communication abilities Technical expertise and high standards for self and team Autonomy and pragmatism Joining DM Technology means becoming part of an innovative and dynamic team!
