Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.User Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the implementation of new functionalities.System Integration: Manage integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.Configuration Management: Perform software configuration and customization, adhering to best practices and industry standards.Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.Training: Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the ServiceNow platform.Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and workflow automation.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users and stakeholders.ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator certification is highly desirable.

ITIL Framework: Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience implementing ITIL processes within ServiceNow.Project Management: Experience managing projects and delivering solutions on time and within budget.Client Management: Experience managing client relationships and delivering business requirements with ServiceNow functionality.Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments, driving service excellence through iterative development and continuous improvement.
