About the Role:

We’re seeking a ServiceNow System Administration/Developer with a flair for innovation, outstanding people skills, a proven track record in delivering automation solutions, rigorous analytical abilities, and a fervent passion for transforming manual workflows into automated efficiencies using a myriad of technologies.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the administration of our company's ServiceNow instance, driving continuous enhancement and introducing new functionalities. Your collaboration with the Collaboration group (System Administration), Platform Engineering group (Automation team), and our internal customers will be crucial in managing common administrative duties and tackling complex challenges such as developing new applications, integrations, and workflows.
Primary Accountabilities:
Ensuring platform operability and coordinating platform upgrades for new releases.Crafting and implementing New Roles/Views/Forms/Fields/Objects/Items as necessary.Partnering with non-technical stakeholders to integrate their solution needs into ServiceNow.Enhancing and automating workflows through strategic integrations with other solutions.Overseeing deployments through DEV/TEST/PROD environments.Configuring, deploying, and providing support for new applications on the platform.Facilitating training sessions and enabling users across the company to leverage new applications and integrations.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support and ServiceNow Administration/Development.Proficiency in RPA/Low-code platforms and REST API integrations.Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM, CSDM 4.0, and Active Directory.(Preferred) Experience with ITIL Methodology, ServiceNow ITAM/GRC implementation/support, Workday, and Jira.
