Job Role : ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
Location : Hyderabad, Mumbai
Notice Period : Immediate joiners
Experience : 6 to 15 years
Relevant Exp : Minimum of 6 Years in Service Now
Mandatory : HRSD
REQUIREMENT FOR : ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist to join our Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR processes, ServiceNow HRSD configurations, and business analyst skills.
Responsibilities
Lead customer process workshops to gather and understand HR requirements.- Prepare and deliver customer demos to showcase ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.- Lead the requirements gathering process and translate them into technical specifications.- Implement and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules to improve HR service delivery.- Develop HR workflows, case management, and knowledge management within HRSD.- Manage end-to-end deployments, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.- Provide training, support, and documentation for HRSD solutions.- Ensure alignment with HR policies and compliance standards.
