The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of our IT operations.Key Responsibilities:Design and Implementation:Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence.Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM applications to meet business needs and requirements.Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other IT and business systems.Administration and Support:Maintain and administer the ServiceNow ITOM platform, ensuring high availability and performance.Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the ITOM modules and related integrations.Provide ongoing support and training to IT staff on ITOM processes and tools.Process Improvement:Analyze current IT operations processes and identify areas for improvement using ServiceNow ITOM capabilities.Develop best practices and standardized procedures for IT operations management.Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies.Project Management:Lead ITOM-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
