Role: ServiceNow Engineer/AnalystRate: £500 -£550 per day inside IR35

Key Responsibilities
Data Integration and Management:
Design, implement, and manage a data lake to aggregate data from multiple sources.Develop and maintain ETL processes for data transformation and loading.
ServiceNow Front End Development
Develop and customise the ServiceNow Front End to display data lake outputs.Implement and optimise ServiceNow dashboards per DORA 4 metrics.Ensure the ServiceNow interface is user-friendly and meets stakeholder requirements.
Advanced ServiceNow Capabilities
Utilise ServiceNow spotlight, process mining, and clustering for enhanced data analysis.Implement and manage ServiceNow applications to support business processes.Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Collaboration And Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and product managers.Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Support team members on ServiceNow functionalities.
