For our client, a leading and innovative IT company located in Brussels, we're currently seeking a Servicenow Developer. This dynamic and rapidly growing environment offers an excellent opportunity for motivated web developers to enhance their skills and contribute to impactful projects.
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using best practice web programming techniques.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Complete initial 4-week ServiceNow training and certificationBuild and customize enterprise applicationsWork directly with process owners, key business users, and analystsUnderstand business flow and requirements before developmentChallenge tasks and take ownershipBuild high-quality and reusable software componentsHandle both front-end and back-end logic, including API integration with third-party applicationsGradually take on more responsibility, such as becoming a subject matter expert, managing projects, or mentoring new developers
ProfileBachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experienceGood communication skills in English and FrenchDeveloper with a passion for IT and new technologiesKnowledge of design, programming, testing, implementation, and documentationEye for performance and scalabilityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and in a teamActive listener to clients' needs and feedbackReady to work hard to deliver solutions
Technical KnowledgeObject-oriented programming in Java or .Net-C#Knowledge of ERD, UML, and MVC principlesGood knowledge of SQL and relational databasesHands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, Node.js, or ReactExperience with technologies such as SOAP / XML / WSDL / RESTFamiliarity with agile programming practices
