The Role: As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will be instrumental in transforming our clients’ IT and enterprise service experiences. You will assess current systems, design solutions, and implement ServiceNow functionalities that streamline and enhance business processes across multiple departments. Your Impact: ServiceNow Implementation: Configure, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to automate business workflows and improve service management practices.Business Process Optimization: Work closely with clients to understand their service management needs and translate these into effective ServiceNow implementations based on ITIL/ITSM best practices.Solution Integration: Seamlessly integrate ServiceNow with other third-party solutions and platforms to enhance functionality and user experience.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and facilitate smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve implementation practices and contribute to the development of our ServiceNow offerings. Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience in IT service management and consulting.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices and experience in business process analysis.Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge, preferably in JavaScript.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Desirable Skills: ITIL 4 or ITILv3 certification.Experience with other service management solutions (e.g., BMC Remedy, JIRA) is a plus.Advanced scripting and programming skills are highly beneficial.
