Position Overview:As a CSM & ITSM & Service Portal Developer at Alldus International, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, including Service Portals. You will collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality, customized solutions that enhance their service delivery and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:CSM & ITSM Development: Develop and implement CSM and ITSM solutions that meet client requirements, leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow.Service Portal Design: Design and develop user-friendly Service Portals that facilitate seamless customer interactions and service requests.Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals.Integration & Automation: Integrate CSM and ITSM solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring streamlined processes and automation.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery.Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for CSM, ITSM, and Service Portal solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
