Position Overview:As a CMDB & ITOM Developer at Alldus International, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of CMDB and ITOM tools within their IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement CMDB Solutions: Design and develop CMDB solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring accurate and comprehensive configuration data management.ITOM Tool Integration: Integrate ITOM tools with existing IT systems to enhance operational efficiency and incident management processes.Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver customized solutions that align with their business objectives.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within CMDB and ITOM practices, recommending and implementing best practices.Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for CMDB and ITOM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
