I am currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Pre-sales Consultant, the role of Pre-Sales Solution Consultant will see you perform a pivotal role. You will use your passion and knowledge of ServiceNow to highlight the benefits of the platform and the role it can play within a business. This demanding and rewarding role will see you performing demonstrations to both existing customers and prospects. Thus, the ideal person will have not only the passion, and knowledge of a ServiceNow implementation, but also the ability to communicate clearly, to deliver tailored scenarios during the demonstration/presentation process.
To be successful in this role you must have:
Consulting experience - preferably involving ServiceNow A ServiceNow certification (e.g. System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) is
advantageous
A knowledge of IT Service Management, processes and best practice; ITIL foundation and beyond is beneficial.
This role will see you:
Demonstrate live the ServiceNow platform to potential customers Lead customer workshops to design ServiceNow solutions Requirement gather and translate into customer solutions Continual self-learning and keeping pace with the evolving ServiceNow platform Work in a challenging environment, manage the resolution of obstacles, and work on multiple engagements Have a commercial understanding, and be able to showcase the value of ServiceNow
