French-speaking ServiceNow Project ManagerLocation: Paris, France (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)We are a leading technology consulting firm specializing in digital transformation and IT service management. We are seeking a highly skilled French-speaking ServiceNow Project Manager to join our team and lead our ServiceNow global rollout initiatives.As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex ServiceNow implementation projects. You will work closely with stakeholders across different regions to ensure successful project execution, meeting both business and technical requirements. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and experience in global rollout projects. You will spend two days a week onsite in Paris, collaborating with clients and teams, while the remaining days will be remote. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met.Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-mortems.Oversee the global rollout of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate standards and practices.Collaborate with regional teams to understand local requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.Develop and execute communication plans to keep global stakeholders informed and engaged.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, addressing any concerns or questions.Leverage your deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform to guide project teams and ensure best practices are followed.Stay current with ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends, incorporating them into project strategies.Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Provide training and support to ensure team members are proficient in ServiceNow and project management methodologies. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT service management and ServiceNow implementations.Proven track record of managing global rollout projects, preferably in a consulting or technology firm.Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules.Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing onsite and remote work. Certifications:PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist is highly desirable.
