Role Description:The ServiceNow Application Manager will oversee the planning, development, and deployment strategy for ServiceNow application delivery services. This includes defining the goals and timelines for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field3-5 years of experience leading ServiceNow implementation projectsProficiency in Agile project management methodologies, tools, and templatesIn-depth understanding of the ServiceNow application suite, including ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM
