The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pegasystems, the Microsoft Power Platform, and others. The team builds cross-industry Low-code solutions. The team is responsible for both the development of the low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base in accordance with the platform design best practices and in accordance with a defined implementation methodology. IF YOU ARE Experienced in the ServiceNow platform (2+ years)Good at configuring, deploying, and supporting IT Service Management (ITSM)/ Compatibility Support Module (CSM) applicationsA holder of ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Assisted Dispatch (CAD)Developing ServiceNow Workflows, Flows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI/Data Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules, Scheduled JobsUsed to customizing ServiceNow using CSS, HTML, Jelly, Angular, AjaxEnabling integration with third-party systems or other ServiceNow instances, performing import data to the instanceUnderstanding software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles AND YOU WANT TO Work with establishing implementation capabilities and limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces for the end-user solutionAnalyze the business requirements to provide time estimation to client needsStudy system flow, data usage, and work processesDevelop the design and implementation features of the low-code platform in questionCarry out process-orientated application workflow configuration as well as component and integration testing within the desired Low Code platformDevelop new or modifying workflow configurations to maximize production and operating efficiencyTroubleshoot, test, and debug platform configuration issuesCommunicate with platform support teams to resolve issues or require software fixesExecute customer demos and prepare pre-sales materials and presentations TOGETHER WE WILL Work on design, delivery, and support of a variety of solutions that help our clients meet business objectivesGet solutions ranging from large-scale custom-developed low-code applications to cloud-based development and integration servicesSupport your technical and personal growth – we have a dedicated career plan for all roles in our companyPass professional certifications, encouraged and covered by the companyAssimilate best practices from experts while working in a team of top-notch Engineers and ArchitectCollaborate with world-leading companies and attend professional eventsHave a chance to address different business and technology challenges, engage in challenging projects and top-notch technologies, and drive multiple projects and initiatives as a part of the Center of Excellence SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
