Role: SERVICENOW DEVELOPER/ADMINISTRATOR
Experience Range- 4 to 10 years.
Work Location – KOCHI, KERALA
JOB REQUIREMENTS•Experience in implementing ServiceNow (SN) Agile SAFe processes.•Experience with IT Service Management, Service Desk, and Change Management processes.•Experienced ServiceNow administrator with a track record in implementing SN in a highly regulated enterprise environment.• Assist in troubleshooting patch / release management issues.• Perform installation and testing of updates and new releases.• Enable SAFE Team Boards (Scrum, Kanban Board) for Pilot as well as all the Portfolio teams.• Create ServiceNow users for new formed Teams. Assign Role based permissions.• Configure Agile roles and tag them in ServiceNow users as per the defined PBOM Portfolio Taxonomy Structure.• Agile Release Train configuration set-up in SN.• PI Planning Board set-up, big room planning dependency board.• Custom filed enablement as per Sprouts context.• Enabling and setting up Reporting modules as per the defined Team Metrics.• Build reports, gauges, Dashboards and home pages.• Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) and monitor SLA workflows.
