ServiceNow Architect
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing services, design ServiceNow implementations for the services, offering recommendations for improvements. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutionsUnderstand new service needed, assess and evaluate approach to implement new services, design ServiceNow implementations for the new services, offering recommendations for improvements. Design and implement IT- and banking-related process workflows, procedures and technical standards. Architect and Design ServiceNow security architecture with entitlement and rolesDesign and implement ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low code, in partnership with Product team and other stakeholdersServiceNow platform engineering (on cloud) with ITSM Modules and security / regulatory disciplinesDevelop, oversee and communicate ServiceNow technology standards and ensure compliance to client enterprise standards for all deployed servicesCertification - Certified Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect, ITIL, ITSM, EA

Service Now Developer
Design, implement, manage, and maintain highly complex, secure, and reliable network ServiceNow infrastructure. Design ServiceNow Platform, including integration strategy (e.g., utilizing infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIs) and performance. Defines, guides, and supports the execution of technical governance processes (e.g., platform change review).Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Workday Altiris, Casper, JiraDesigning, engineering and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processesA strong background of ServiceNow developmentExperience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture Certification - ITIL, ITSM, EA, JSON, API, REST, XML, SOAP, V3, HR
