Our client based in Utrecht is searching for a Senior Data and Business Analyst to Analyse, review and determine the mapping of the CSDM and IT Business Object Model to ServiceNow.

Key skills;Set up and maintain a data dictionary, containing;The relationship between the Business IT Object Model and the ServiceNow data modelERD's of IT processes supported by ServiceNowData definitions of data objects for which Service Now is the golden sourceRepresent the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence when participating in data modelling related governance structures and meetingsParticipate in test and review activities connected to the ITNG program to ensure that design and construction complies with ServiceNow best practices and architecture guidelinesLead the analysis of the usage of custom CMDB and process field, aiming to return to OOTB wherever possible 
Qualifications:Self-starter, proactiveOrganisation sensitive, able to adaptExtensive knowledge of service management processes and data models (ITIL/IT4|T/CSDM framework)Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow with certification
