ServiceNow Developer – Hybrid

Our client are an IT Services & Consulting company and they are hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join the team in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will will leverage their expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) to enhance the company’s global operations.
Responsibilities:
As the ServiceNow Developer, you will configure and implement GRC/IRM business processes in ServiceNow, encompassing Policy and Compliance Management, Vulnerability Management and Risk Management processes. You will be responsible to enable and automate risk management activities, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies and risk registers. Design and develop enhancements for existing GRC modules, and address production issues as they arise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms and business rules to align with organizational requirements. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM, including Policy and Compliance, Vulnerability Management, Audit, Risk, and Vendor Risk Management. Over 3 years of experience developing GRC processes, models, and workflows within ServiceNow. ServiceNow Certifications are a plus. Experience with Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) is a plus. Desired certifications include CISSP, CISA, CRISC or other relevant credentials. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting and configurations.
