Required:

Overall, 5-7 years of experience in IT.Minimum of 3 years' experience ServiceNow solutions and delivery, service management, and workflow management.Minimum of 1 year hands on experience implementing ServiceNow mid/large scale ITBM/SPM programs.Management consulting experience.

Certifications & Qualification:
