Will oversee the ServiceNow application delivery services, planning, development, and deployment strategy, including defining the goals and timelines for ServiceNow projects & enhancements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field).• 3-5 years' related project experience leading Implementation of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools• Experience in Agile project management methodology, tools and templates• Understanding of ServiceNow application suite – ITSM, ITBM, ITOM etc
