Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Practice Architect
Location: 100% Remote
Base Salary: Up to $220,000
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated ServiceNow Lead Practice Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification, along with at least one additional main-line certification (such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA)).
The candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles, and guidelines for ServiceNow implementations.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.Conduct architectural reviews and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and best practices.Drive continuous improvement in ServiceNow architecture and design processes.Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, technologies, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is required.At least one additional main-line ServiceNow certification (CAD, CIS, CSA, etc.).Minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.Proven track record of designing and leading complex ServiceNow implementations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.Familiarity with integration technologies and approaches.
