Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a ServiceNow BSA/QA to join one of the top 5 banks. This individual is required to have extensive knowledge of the tasks associated with a BSA including full life cycle of business requirements and formalities. This individual will be joining the IAM onboarding team in developing a internal portal in ServiceNow to be a one stop shop for all internal teams to navigate and flow within. This individual should have a background and hands on experience as a QA to be able to have the skills to complete testing of various ServiceNow applications
Must Haves7+ year exp total as a QA and BAKnowledge in Full life cycle gathering requirements and formalities.Experience working in Agile environments with methodologies.Experience working with ServiceNow, need to be able to questions stakeholders and know ins and out of processes.Hands on experience as a QA testing ServiceNow applications
