Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and manage the in-house rollout of ServiceNow on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ServiceNow implementations directly. This role involves extensive collaboration with regional stakeholders, including CTOs and CIOs, to ensure the successful deployment and integration of ServiceNow across our global operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end in-house rollout of ServiceNow.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.Collaborate with regional CTOs and CIOs to gather requirements and align on project objectives.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure effective coordination among all parties involved.Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.Ensure the implementation adheres to best practices and meets organizational standards.Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a focus on IT service managementStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its various modules.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
