Key Responsibilities:Advise and guide the implementation of Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics for the ServiceNow ITSM module.Define the project plan for the implementation of Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence.Implement use cases for Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence.Design and implement Performance Analytics metrics and dashboards based on NBB's requirements.Qualifications:Strong functional skills and relevant experience with the ServiceNow platform.Expertise in populating, managing, and utilizing ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM.Excellent analytical, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in Dutch or French, and English.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Mission Duration:Until 31/12/2024, with a potential extension into 2025.Preferred Skills:Artificial Intelligence (AI): Beginner level with recent experience.ITSM: Intermediate level with recent experience.Machine Learning: Beginner level with recent experience.ServiceNow: Intermediate level with recent experience.Stakeholder Management: Intermediate level with recent experience.
