Dear Candidates, Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc Experience: 10+ years CTC: 30 LPA 35 LPA Notice Period: Immediate 30 days max. Location: Bangalore Required Profile At least 10 years of experience in the IT consulting field playing architecture, development, and management roles At least 6-8 years of experience on ServiceNow based implementation projects, across multiple business domains Experience implementing ServiceNow for at least one other business domain besides IT management (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) Subject matter expertise in the complete ServiceNow platform and products Demonstrated experience serving as a ServiceNow solution architect for complex, large scale projects Experience managing ServiceNow based projects of at least 10 people Hands-on experience developing ServiceNow solutions for customer delivery Ability to independently establish, configure, design, and develop ServiceNow solutions for pre-sales activities Experience managing customer relationships at the senior management / executive level Duties Of The ServiceNow Practice Lead May Include Provide technical leadership and performance of ServiceNow development efforts including: Grow the ServiceNow practice while providing mentorship and guidance to direct and indirect reports within the practice. Provide technical oversight across a portfolio of ServiceNow projects. Participate in internal and customer meetings that involve business development and capture related efforts. Provide leadership with the ongoing development of governance and development processes for the purpose of consistent product delivery in a ServiceNow environment. Rapidly prototype new solutions in collaboration with team members, SMEs, and leadership. Support Business Development Activities, Including Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials. Support the preparation of technical proposals. Provide technical support to partner/client meetings. Prepare other business development materials such as client presentations.
