Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12+ years of comprehensive experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to streamline business processes and enhance overall IT service management.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and applications to meet specific business requirements.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and adherence to coding standards.Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems, applications, and third-party tools.Develop and implement automation solutions within ServiceNow to optimize IT service management processes.Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of ServiceNow applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions, configurations, and customizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 12+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, development, and implementation.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
