Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This is a senior-level position that requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to lead and manage projects. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMust have experience in ServiceNow Architect Should have at least 8 years of experience 3 years of experience as ServiceNow Lead7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementationServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CSI)Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as
Incident, Service Requst, and Change Management) successfully and preferably Asset and features
Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for complex business processesExcellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologiesAbility to lead and manage projects, including coordinating with stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsShould be an expert in Service Catalog development and customizing workflows, business rules
and dashboards
Should have the experience of configuring domain separation and mid servers
Should be well versed in integrating ServiceNow with AD, SSO and other enterprise applications -
using REST APIs as well as hub & spoke.
Roles And Responsibilities
Architectural Design and Implementation:
Design and implement medium to large-scale ServiceNow solutions aligning with organizational
goals.
Demonstrate expertise in architecting robust and scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Specialized Knowledge:
Possess deep knowledge in Integration Hub, App Engine, JEA, and CSDM models.
Leverage expertise to enhance and optimize ServiceNow implementations.
Integration Expertise:
Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and other SAAS products.
Utilize various integration methods, including REST, hub and spoke model, and packaged
solutions.
