Currently, We are seeking for ServiceNow Solution Architect to work on a significant project with our energy client at the Melbourne/Sydney location.
To be considered for the role you must be either a PR/Citizen of Australia
Roles and Responsibilities :Design, develop, and implement (SAD) independently ITSM solutions using the ServiceNow platformCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutionsDevelop expertise in various modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Operations Management, Portfolio Management, and Service CatalogProvide technical guidance on JavaScript scripting for customizationsEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management Skills Required :Experience with ServiceNow development including process automation (orchestration), business rules, data imports, and web services integration (SOAP, REST)Experience in X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery, or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java integrations in ServiceNow is a must. Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system designStrong understanding of integration with ServiceNow and its functionalitiesExperience working with CMDB tools like ServiceNow Asset Management or other similar technologiesExperience in the Energy domain is essential. Should be strong in financial acumen (Planning and forecasting numbers) is highly regardedProject management and problem-solving expertise.Business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
