Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a ServiceNow Integration Specialist. As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, software development, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using web services, REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ServiceNow ITSM module to meet business needs, including workflows, business rules, and UI policies.Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure data integrity and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and customizations.Best Practices: Adhere to industry best practices and company standards in all integration and development activities.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to ensure seamless integration and operation.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration development, with a focus on the ITSM module.Technical Skills: Proficiency in web services, REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.Development Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow.Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist is preferred.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
