Skills Required:At least 8+ years in Customer and/or ServiceNow Platform roles with a focus on AI and digital transformation leveraging ITSM, ITOM, HRSD & CSM product suites.Lead with the design of innovative data-driven solutions that leverage automation and integrations with ServiceNow technologies to allow clients to have more effective operations leveraging Now Assist, Virtual Agent and Integration HubDesign, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.Ensure all solutions and workflow are aligned to any one of ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, LSD) best practices.Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as SSO, CMS, Virtual Chat, Service Portal, Tours, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catlog, Asset Database and CMDB.Experience with ServiceNow Customer onboarding/offboarding, license management, domain management, platform upgradation, scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, etc. ), reports and dashboard creation, Email and API integration.Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs, Web Services, JDBC, and SFTP integration experience.Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing.Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD & CSMProvide technical support and guidance to end-users.Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.Lead and manage ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.Day-to-day direction and technical coordination of DevOps Teams.Acts as the escalation point for unresolved technical issues.Monitors the deviation from ServiceNow OOTB and Best Practices.Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.Development Experience in ITSM, ITAM, HRSD & CSM applications.Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
