Job Description : Expertise and knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations with different systems- Knowledge of configuring ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB- implementing Service Bridge or Plan B APIs, and synchronizing WHD and SolarWinds CMDB with ServiceNow. - Establishing ticketing via e-bonding is crucial, and 50% of the team must hold a ServiceNow certification. - Familiarity with FedRAMP, CUI 800-171, and data migration for customer, order, and device information is also essential.
