Our client is looking for an accomplished ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and be able to create custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance our business processes.
Required Skills & Experience
5 or more years as a ServiceNow Developer, with a record of successful project implementations.Expertise in ServiceNow development, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and scripting in ServiceNow.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Customer service focused.Ability to provide detailed notes on issues that arise.Ability to create and maintain process documentation.Ability to manage time, plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
Desired Skills & Experience
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
Daily Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripting and integrations.Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet changing business needs.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including performance optimization.Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and new features to ensure the platform's effective use.Participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and improvements.Document development processes, configurations, and customizations.
