Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a ServiceNow Developer located in Pune, with flexibility for remote work. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of developing and maintaining ServiceNow platform solutions. This includes designing, configuring, coding, and testing applications, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications Computer Science and Software Development skillsExperience in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Proficient in programming languages used in ServiceNow developmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, CMDB / TPRMServiceNow certification is a plus
Relevant skills and qualifications in ServiceNow administration, ITIL practices, and experience with agile methodologies are also beneficial for this role.
