As a Consultant, in a fast-growing team, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of ServiceNow possibilities, IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
Responsibilities
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities, in this fast include:
Analyze the clients' legacy workflows and surrounding systems, defining target architectures and modernization strategies for our clients.
Work with clients and IBM team to identify the most effective modernization approach and help modernize their legacy workflows or design specifications based on ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality and client requirements. As such, you will operate as a subject matter expert for one or more ServiceNow modules (in particular ITSM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, ITOM).
Envision creative ways and help solve business problems; and communicating these approaches to different both business and technical audiences in designated industries.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Min 5 years experience in servicenow solutions
Work with customer to help them understand and achieve their desired business goals. Offer customer guidance and directions for all digitalization initiatives on the servicenow platform. Help customer to expand their use of the platform and increase their return of investment.
Act as process expert in the project team.
Run discovery workshop and shape requirements, work with technical team to design solutions the customer want and need.
Collaborate in presale activities to define project and service scope and deliverables
Has passion for processes, ability to drive significant process improvements and efficiency gains
Possibly experience on SPM module

Proven ITIL or other process best practice knowledge (ie six sigma, COBIT)
Agile foundation
Excellent client facing and engagement management
Strong analysis and problem solving
Be the expert in process improvement
Certification
ServiceNow CSA, ITIL (or similar)
ServiceNow CIS in one or more ServiceNow module (preferred PPM)
