Job Description for - Service Now Developer/Lead - ITIL Introduction to Role: We are seeking a ServiceNow developer for our ServiceNow modules such as ITSM,ITBM,CSM,FSM and HRSD. This role is not just about developing and configuring; it's about delivering first-class software solutions with a blend of independent and collaborative work. You will be a key player in the Portfolio group of IT’s Strategy, Performance & Quality (SPQ) function, driving best practices in Portfolio Management, optimizing portfolio processes and in other domains as well. Join us and contribute to our mission to simplify, standardize, evolve, and safeguard IT processes and systems. Essential Skills/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, Master's degree preferred.• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow developer, preferably with a focus on ITBM, CSM, HRSD, FSM and other modules as well.• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core platform capability principles and best practices.• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams for ServiceNow development projects.• Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and other related technologies for ServiceNow development.• Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques and third-party integrations.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology ·5 to 8 year’s of experience in Service Now Development along with lead qualities
