Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex projects, drive technological innovation, and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITAM and ITOM modules.Lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions across various environments.Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop strategic roadmaps.Provide expert guidance on best practices, system configurations, and process improvements.Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Qualifications/Experience:Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong focus on ITAM and ITOM modules.Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITAM, CIS-ITOM) are highly desirable.
