Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer | ServiceNow for a contract working remotely lasting through December 31, 2024 with an insurance company in Franklin, WI. This is 100% remote.
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to join them on a contract, full-time basis. This is a remote position working CST hours. You would be working on the design, development, maintenance, and support of their ITOM solution. Those authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruiting process for talent, ensuring a smooth and outstanding experienceDevelop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for roles across organizationSource engineering professionals & build a strong network through experienced use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc. Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awarenessMaintain & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basisDrive the offer process - including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates
Qualifications:
2+ years of ServiceNow ITOM design, development, administration, and support2+ years of CMDB configuration management experienceWell-versed with Discovery and pettern development, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud ManagementSkilled with JavaScriptExperience with Flow Designer and UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, and UI MacroGood communication skills
Must Have:
2+ years ServiceNow development and scripting experience3+ years of ServiceNow experienceExperience with ServiceNow Discovery and Patterns
Nice To Have:
1+ years of ServiceNow HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management) experienceAPM implementationdevelop Service Catalog items
