Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (100% Remote)
Salary: Up to $150k/yr
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary of up to $150k per year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or development with ServiceNow, as well as extensive experience utilizing various software development tools and third-party tools to architect, design, or modify software programs, websites, applications, and reporting functions. The candidate must be able to write advanced programming code and development reports.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Utilize a variety of software development tools and third-party tools to create, modify, and maintain software programs, websites, applications, and reporting functions.Develop and maintain advanced programming code and development reports.Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow and other related technologies.Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in software development.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow solutions.Document architectural designs, configurations, and project-related information.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience operating as a ServiceNow Architect within the FSO technology stack.ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist designation.Strong engineering or development background with ServiceNow.Proficient in a variety of software development tools and third-party tools.Proven experience in architecting, designing, and modifying software programs, websites, applications, and reporting functions.Ability to write advanced programming code and development reports.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Skills:Experience with additional software development platforms and tools.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services.
