· Experience within a ServiceNow Lead capacity· Strong background in ServiceNow Design and Development· Development experience with ServiceNow API's· Strong experience re-designing, replicating or developing new ServiceNow workflows· Strong experience re-designing, replicating or developing new ServiceNow forms· Experience modifying access management approvals within ServiceNow· Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems (i.e. Active Directory, Lawson, etc.)· Ability to install new modules within the platform· Knowledge of XML (as an input mechanism) and structural programming concept· Familiarity with JavaScript, UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS
