Position: Lead ServiceNow Developer
Location: NYC/Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Experience:
ITOM, ITSM: 5 years (Preferred)GRC and ITBM: 3 years (Preferred)Overall 15+ & at least eight (7) years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow solutions design, architecture, and development.
One or more than one of the following certifications:
Certified ServiceNow Applications DeveloperCertified ServiceNow Implementation SpecialistCertified ServiceNow Systems Administrator
Scope of Work
Provide design, planning, implementation, and development support in GRC, ITOM, Security operationsTools to delivery program teams.Provide hands-on development to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.Establish and maintain productive working relationships with business users to the best advantage in supporting business requirements.Review, analyze, and provide oversight in designing solutionsEnsure that all architectural artifacts and deliverables areas are developed to the highest quality standards.Provide technical leadership and effectively communicate with all levels of management.Identify opportunities for asset reuse that reduces overall solution cost and development time.Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of requirements into system solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.Develop creative technical solutions to complex problems.Guide the successful completion of projects.
