Responsibilities:
Consult internal customers on industry and ServiceNow best practicesIndividual contributor to project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI development using Service Portal and UI Builder, Workflow/flow developmentManage ServiceNow instance upgrades and performance/security-related tasksDevelopment Integration components through RESTBe a key member of the overall implementation project teamDrive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience required in IT.More than 2 years of experience. in the ServiceNow platformExpertise in writing JavaScript codeExposure to AngularJS/React framework or experience on Service Portal/UI BuilderFamiliarity with SOA technologies including REST, SOAPExpertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, BootstrapExposure to AI/ML technologies and LLM models is a plusExperience in coding, object-oriented, and modularized softwareDemonstrated success completing complex projects, on timeDemonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quicklyProven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutionsDemonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during project deliveryStrong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversityProven team player and team builderStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Experience in designing and developing application on the ServiceNow platform
