Yolk Recruitment are currently hiring for a Technical Architect with vast Networks / Telephony and ServiceNow experience on an initial 3 to 6 month contract with likely extension.

*** This is a hybrid role and will require you on site in Cardiff 2 days per week ***

Key Skills / Experience Required

ServiceNow Platform Expertise

Expertise in integrating various systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.

Strong knowledge of Infrastructure (Networks / Telephony), Architecture and Cloud Services.

Broad understanding of complex applications and technology infrastructure.

Significant experience working with highly skilled technical teams on relevant technologies.

Excellent relationship management skills.

Ability to perform under pressure during incidents
