Description ServiceNow HRSD Technical Product Owner Responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end ownership for Kenvue's ServiceNow Employee Experience digital workflows HR Service Delivery product, including roadmap and vision in alignment with both internal Kenvue HR Operations and Enablement and Corporate Tech & Data strategic goals and objectives as well as ServiceNow platform capabilities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and internal teams, especially across the Kenvue ServiceNow Platform Serve as a domain expert in HRSD for Kenvue and facilitate governance activities - e.g. product/service owner reviews and business partner reviews Manages service providers and 3 rd party development team to deliver a product that meets quality standards and customer needs Act as an empowered decision-maker, prioritizing team's work, removing roadblocks, and taking decisions where required. Responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and managing financials (e.g. costs, licensing) across HRSD technology capabilities. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation Provide leadership and guidance to the product development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Required Experience and Skills: 10 years in technical product management or related field 2 years of organizational leadership/people management experience. Deep understanding and experience with the ServiceNow platform Employee Experience workflows. Demonstrated experience achieving ServiceNow HRSD outcomes in a diverse technology environment. Proven experience delivering process improvement resulting in measured business value. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization. Experience working in a global organization and/or in an organization with sophisticated networks of collaborators and business partners. Ability to coordinate and communicate across multidisciplinary/multicultural teams across countries and regions. Preferred Experience leading distributed teams, either direct reports, matrixed reports, or MSP team members. One or more ServiceNow certifications. Experience in a shared services model, preferably HR, and cross-functional service design Education Qualifications: B.A/B.S degree is required.
