Job Title: ServiceNow Agile Coach (ITIL Focus)Department: ITSummary:We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate ServiceNow Agile Coach to join our team and play a key role in facilitating the successful adoption of Agile methodologies for ServiceNow development projects, with a strong emphasis on IT service management (ITSM) best practices aligned with ITIL. You will champion Agile principles, coach and guide development teams, and ensure the smooth execution of Agile frameworks within the ServiceNow environment, with a specific focus on integrating ITIL processes.Responsibilities:· Coach and guide ServiceNow development teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices, with a focus on ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management).· Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives) while ensuring alignment with ITIL processes.· Manage the ServiceNow project backlog, including user stories, epics, tasks, and ensuring traceability to ITIL processes.· Foster collaboration and communication between development teams, business stakeholders, product owners, and ITIL process owners.· Remove roadblocks and impediments that hinder team progress, considering both Agile and ITIL perspectives.· Ensure transparency and visibility into project progress through reports and dashboards aligned with ITIL metrics.· Continuously monitor and improve team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and ITIL metrics (resolution times, incident volume).· Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the ServiceNow development process, integrating Agile and ITIL best practices.· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in Agile methodologies, ITIL best practices, and the ServiceNow platform.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or IT service management (ITSM).· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.· ITIL certification (ITIL Foundation, ITIL Specialist) highly desirable.· In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).· Deep understanding of ITIL processes and their integration with Agile practices.· Proven experience in coaching and guiding IT teams on Agile and ITIL adoption.· Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.· Ability to build strong relationships and navigate team dynamics.· Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.· Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello).· Passion for Agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and IT service management.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
