Role Description• Take over responsibilities from the current Service Provider in a seamless way with no impact on Client IT and business operations • Ongoing application operation, support and maintenance • Create, modify and run reports • Ongoing minor enhancements • Improving operational efficiency and customer experience • Manage ServiceNow upgrades • Management of Client ServiceNow instance(s) infrastructure: This includes the maintenance of MID-servers and orchestration of integrations with third-party systems, solely from the ServiceNow side. • Ensuring the ongoing operation and performance of Client ServiceNow instances: The Service Provider is charged with monitoring and maintaining the ServiceNow instances to ensure agreed availability, optimal performance, and compliance with ServiceNow's version policy. • Sustaining and managing ServiceNow applications and their configurations: This includes The Service Catalogue and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management). The Service Provider is responsible for maintaining these applications and managing their configurations to meet the specific needs of Client, thus ensuring smooth and efficient operations. • Solved Tickets: Timely resolution and documentation of the tickets from end-users. • Defect Fixes: Timely resolution and documentation of the defects. • Instance Availability: Ensuring adherence to the SLA in terms of the availability of ServiceNow instance(s). • Upgrades: Scheduled ServiceNow platform updates as per requirements and vendor schedule / policy. • Regular Maintenance Reports: Routine reports documenting all performed maintenance tasks and system health status • design, develop, test, and deploy new ServiceNow modules as part of their engagement. The modules that could be in the roadmap are, but not limited to: • Demand Management • Project Management • Idea Management • Portfolio Management • Agile • Knowledge Management • CSI • Chatbot • Mobile App(s)
