ServiceNow Technical Architect

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, and architect end-to-end solutions that meet the client's business needs.
Technical Expertise: Have Deep technical knowledge to evaluate, recommend, and select the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms for the solutions.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed architectural documentation
Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to the client, presenting technical solutions and architecture recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
Review and Feedback: Review the deliverables (design, code review, standards, gap identification & analysis etc..) and guide team to adapt to best practices.
Collaboration with Client Architect: Connect and collaborate with Client Architect on different topics, safeguard Accenture interests.
Job Qualifications:
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must have at least 5 years of work experience
Strong Communication skills
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in IT and strong ServiceNow development experience.
In-depth knowledge of various technologies, including cloud computing, databases, networking, and software development.
Knowledge in architecture tools (such Microsoft Visio, MPP).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of providing effective application support.
This position is based in Manila.
