Senior ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong understanding of business requirements and technical specifications to deliver high-impact IT solutions.
Essential Functions:
Design, develop, and implement applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needsCustomize ServiceNow applications and modules based on client requirementsCollaborate with business analysts to transform business requirements into technical solutionsConfigure ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, and UI elementsDevelop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs and web servicesPerform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activitiesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrationsDocument technical designs, development activities, and deployment instructions
Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certification(s): Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), etcBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementationProficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP)Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Work Environment:
This is a remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and workshops.
