Job Description:
- Design and develop complex technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business needs and industry best practices.- Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends to clients.- Lead initiatives across the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.- Ensure robust integration with cloud computing and enterprise systems1.
Roles & Responsibilities:
o Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Jira, Azure board.o Engineering & Configuration: ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Root and Configuration Management.o Security Architecture: Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture would be beneficial.o Communication & Management: An excellent communicator with the ability to manage the direction of a distributed development team and talk on a process level with clients.o Technical Governance: Define, guide, and support the execution of technical governance processes, develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model, and assist in maintaining the health of the platform.
Qualifications: Certifications like ITIL, ITSM, and experience with ServiceNow releases are highly desirable.
Skills:
o Proficiency in data modeling and database management principles.o Knowledge of network protocols, software blades, and log analysis.o Experience with HTML and understanding the ServiceNow competitive landscape
