Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
Over 4 years of experience as a business analyst in an agile development environment. Over 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, or HR core applications. Skilled in building reports and dashboards for internal teams and end users. Basic understanding of business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and data policies, with knowledge of appropriate use cases for each. Hands-on experience modifying form and list views in ServiceNow. Experience setting up and managing a Visual Task Board (VTB). Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications. Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile development best practices. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Strong conceptual and analytical skills with unique problem-solving approaches. Proven ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment. Customer-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA). ITIL v3 or v4 certification. ScrumMaster certification (CSM). Understanding of Managed Service Providers and their interactions with various customers. PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) certification.
